THE STRATEGIC BRAND FRAMEWORK

As a brand develops and in order for it to be able to grow, extend and prosper in a consistent and controlled way it is important that an agreed Brand Framework is developed. This Framework will develop and provide a shared understanding of the Brand that will underpin all strategic discussions, developments and activity planning.

DEFINE

It is often easy to identify the what and quickly progress to the how without having really spent time to get to understanding the why. Brands that do this successfully tend to be much clearer on their story, issues, why they exist and what they are here to do. They are intentional about the type of brand they want to be.
We seek clarity on this longer term ambition, defining your expectation of the future so we can understand the true requirements to deliver success.


DEVELOP

Fundamentally this is where we plan, determining what we will do and how it will be developed aligning closely to the previous stage outputs.
The development of a clear brand framework and strategic plans will drive a shared understanding of the brand, its role and positioning. This underpins all strategic developments and activity planning on a multichannel basis ensuring a differentiated, credible and engaging brand experience is developed across all touchpoints.

DELIVER

A brand strategy will realise most of its value when it is brought to life within every area of the organisation and brand activity. When done well this goes much further than the pure development of materials and guidelines to support the brand. Everything you do and don’t do is most tangibly expressed by how it is experienced by your user. There is no such thing as brand neutral behaviour. Delivery therefore need to be developed across all functions to embed the brand consistently - how it looks, feels communicates and acts, ultimately the experience it delivers.
