Led the Founders and Leadership team in the strategic repositioning of the HollandGreen brand from a small scale to a successful high-end luxury architecture and interiors practice acquiring multimillion projects. Driving sector, competitor and customer insight at the heart of the process we developed a compelling brand purpose and proposition that guided the development of a targeted marketing approach and activity plan.
Supported the CMO in the transition of The Garden Centre Group to Wyevale guiding the creation of the new Wyevale brand strategy, communications and organisational structure whilst driving the marketing team in the development and delivery of the annual marketing activity plans.
Led the creation of the user experience for the new e-commerce platform and developed new
multi-channel customer service propositions to embody and bring the new brand offer to life.
Developed the global brand personality for ReSound, building in depth brand understanding to ensure the personality was true to its core but future facing to support its long term positioning and convergence within the GN group. Designed and delivered a highly interactive process including internal stakeholders, customers and users facilitating a series of co-creation working sessions to develop the most differentiated, relevant and powerful personality for the brand.
